Our life experience include resources and stressors. We can function with a fair degree of stress, however it doesn't take much to upset this balance leaving us feeling unprepared for what we are experiencing. I support you to explore your experience in a way that is safe for you to do so. I trust in your own inner knowing that given the space and time and a little guiding will emerge and grow.
I hold maps and models to help you navigate your experience. Furnishing your journey of self discovery with reflections that support you to have greater clarity around your needs, your choices and where your will is at this time in your life.
Reaching out for counselling can be a challenge in itself. I encourage you to value your own self-care as much as you would taking care of your car or a friend. You matter.
