I'm a compassionate and professional counsellor with more than 17 years of experience of helping people to go from where they are now to where they want to be.
I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress, trauma.
I have a long standing history working with a wide spectrum of people and I'm familiar with a wide range of interventions that target desired changes for a more fulfilling and joyful life.
I have a degree in counselling (Bachelor of Counselling) and is a full Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors as well as an Associate Member of the EMDR Association in Australia.
I am constantly advancing my professional training. I completed several trainings in counselling and therapy, like ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness, 'your life's purpose'.
Satisfied clients have told me I have an 'honest and straight forward' style.
I work fluently in English and also in German.
