Selective onboarding

To ensure quality and a good match between therapists and client demand, we do not accept all applications.

In some regions, we currently have a high number of therapists and may have a temporary intake stop. We also look at how your profile, specialisations, and availability fit with what clients are looking for on the platform.

This helps us maintain a balanced network and increases the likelihood of generating relevant client enquiries.

Who can apply?

You can apply if you:

• Offer counselling, therapy, or psychological support in New Zealand
• Work with clients in English (other languages are a plus)
• Offer in-person sessions (online can be additional)
• Have relevant qualifications and experience

What are the costs?

There are no upfront costs.

You only pay a one-time fee for each paying client you receive through the platform. If you do not receive clients, there are no costs.
