I am a registered clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience. I draw on therapeutic skills learnt over the past 15 years and work from a holistic perspective to assist my clients with various life challenges. My name is Cushla and I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist based in Hamilton, New Zealand.

I specialise in working with adults with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, sleep, physical health, grief, and adjustment to life changes.

I am an integrative therapist with 12 years of working experience with adults, children, families, adolescents, ethnic groups, pregnant women (antenatal and postnatal). I offer counselling in English, Tamil and Hindi.

My name is Amanda and I am a registered Psychologist.

My services can assist with issues such as : General emotional and personal difficulties, adjustment problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief /loss/ bereavement, life changes and transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, burnout, work stress, stress management and life skills.

People working with me bring a wide range of concerns including (but not limited to); life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, domestic violence, existential crises, grief, chronic health issues etc.

I also work with older teenagers online but not those under 15 years of age.
