I am an integrative therapist with 12 years of working experience with adults, children, families, adolescents, ethnic groups, pregnant women (antenatal and postnatal) . I offer counselling in English, Tamil and Hindi.

I provide a space without judgement, a space where you can be yourself, a space where you are understood and be shown unconditional positive regard and extend empathy.  I support you to identify and challenge your unhelpful thoughts, explore practical self-help strategies, and discover your values and the skills to bring about immediate positive changes in your quality of life.
