Kia ora, I’m Mari. I offer a gentle, trauma-informed, body-centered approach to experiential therapy rooted in Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, and further supported by Internal Family Systems (IFS).

This way of working can be especially supportive for those navigating trauma, grief, anger, confusion, and fear, feeling stuck in recurring patterns, longing to feel more at home in themselves, or seeking greater connection, presence, and ease in their lives.

I have been in practice for more than 20 years and specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples and families.
I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, phobia. trauma and grief.
I utilise a range of modalities that include Neuroscience evidence based techniques like BWRT, Brief Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness.
