Kia ora, I’m Mari. I offer a trauma-informed, body-centred approach to therapy, drawing from Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and an understanding of the nervous system. I bring warmth, deep care, and integrity to this work, supporting people to come home to themselves through the wisdom of the mind–body connection.

This can support those navigating trauma, grief, anger, confusion, and fear. And those feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or longing for more ease and connection.

I have been in practice for more than 20 years and specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples and families.
I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, phobia. trauma and grief.
I utilise a range of modalities that include Neuroscience evidence based techniques like BWRT, Brief Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness.

In my counselling work, I prioritise you as the expert in your own life and learn about your current position in what you’re experiencing. In time, we can work together to build pathways toward a life that is empowering to you, your family, and your community. Using methods such as externalising problems, re-authoring your stories, and linking with your community are some of the ways we can do this together

Kia ora, I'm Kathryn. I'm an experienced therapist, based in Queenstown, offering online and in-person counselling for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. I work in both private practice and as a high school counsellor - I love both of these roles.

Hi, I’m Olivia. I’m a certified sexuality, love and relationship coach on a mission to help people experience the full beauty that exists in loving and being loved by another.

I work with both individuals and couples on their unique desires around sex, love and relationships.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth.

My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

I am a member of NZAC and focus on offering skills for regulating emotions and working towards healing/thriving. I have been instrumental in the mindfulness modalities for therapy and emotional regulation across Australasia since the mid 2000s. Improving relationship (even that which you have with yourself) is the path to thriving. My motto is: the past informed the present, but the NOW creates the future. There is no time like now to step up and grow your relationship wellbeing.

A key focus and passion is trauma recovery for big T and little t trauma. It may be very recent or from our past. Such trauma as childhood sexual abuse, abandonment, neglect, earthquakes, violence, bullying, car accidents, and warfare.
