Taking the step to begin counselling can feel daunting, yet it is a courageous way to explore what matters most to you. I consider it a privilege to listen to your journey, and I aim to create an environment where you feel respected, heard, and supported whilst exploring what brings you here. I will walk alongside you in this journey in a calm, safe, supportive and non-judgemental way.

I support people experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression or low mood, stress, burnout, grief, identity questions, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and questions around purpose or meaning. I also provide space for people navigating life as immigrants and for those who wish to explore faith or spirituality in counselling.
