I am an experienced Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years.

I enjoy working alongside clients who are navigating major life transitions, coping with mental health challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness.

I also welcome couples who are interested in relationship counselling.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth.

My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

People working with me bring a wide range of concerns including (but not limited to); life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, dissociative identity disorder, domestic violence, existential crises, grief, chronic health issues, injury etc.

I work with older teenagers online but not those under 15 years of age.

I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress and parenting issues.
