Introduction
Hi, I’m Robyn.
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect.
Loss, separation, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck can leave you wondering Who am I now? What do I want next?
You might feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from the person you used to be.
You may sense that something in your life needs to shift, but you’re not sure where to begin.
Counselling offers a place to pause and explore these questions.
I provide a calm, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s been happening in your life. Together we slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and begin to reconnect with your own clarity, strengths, and direction.
My work is grounded in a person-centred approach, which means you remain at the centre of the process. I listen deeply and work alongside you as you explore challenges, understand yourself more fully, and build trust in your own inner wisdom. Where helpful, I may integrate approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems–informed work, trauma-informed principles, and creative therapeutic tools.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, or times when their sense of identity or direction has shifted. Counselling can help you reconnect with who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to move forward.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Qualifications and registrations
My qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science - Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science - Endorsed in Health Behaviour Change, and a Bachelor of Counselling.Registrations
