Kia Ora and welcome,
Take the first step toward healing—counselling is your bridge to a brighter self.
It’s okay to be, and sometimes feel, a little messy. Life is messy and I know this isn’t easy!
But you don’t have to do it alone, so I am so glad you are exploring options to support yourself.
You deserve this!
If you are struggling and need someone to talk too, you are in the right space.
I work with individuals, teens and parents/families as well as ethnic minorities.

Relationship counselling for when you feel stuck, disconnected, or not quite yourselves

I am a counsellor who values and respects each person's unique experiences and perspectives. My approach focuses on creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering growth, healing, and meaningful change.

I am a member of NZAC and focus on offering skills for regulating emotions and working towards healing/thriving. I have been instrumental in the mindfulness modalities for therapy and emotional regulation across Australasia since the mid 2000s. Improving relationship (even that which you have with yourself) is the path to thriving. My motto is: the past informed the present, but the NOW creates the future. There is no time like now to step up and grow your relationship wellbeing.

With warmth, empathy, non judgement and a gentle presence, I offer face-to-face counselling for adults and young people, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can simply be yourself. My person-centred, collaborative approach draws on a range of modalities to support you through life’s challenges and towards meaningful personal growth.

I am a Chilean psychologist and Provisional Counsellor in New Zealand, registered with NZAC. I provide Spanish and English counselling sessions.
I will be accompanying you through challenges in your life experiences, migration experiences where sometimes we may feel the need for emotional support, learn some strategies, or simply feel understood.
I always provide a safe, confidential, and comfortable space for talking.
Christchurch

I have a special interest and experience with cultural and neuro-diversity, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I tailor my therapeutic approach according to each client's individual needs and wants. Although I mainly draw from person-centered and solution-focused therapy modalities, I often integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Supporting clients to change unhelpful patterns, and find connection and meaning in their life are key aspects of my counselling.

Kia ora, my name is Rebekah, I'm 31 and I am a qualified counsellor based in both Rolleston and Christchurch. I offer in-person sessions in Rolleston and Christchurch and online counselling throughout New Zealand, working with a vast range of ages and presenting challenges.

I provide a calm and compassionate space where you can pause, reflect, and feel genuinely supported. Together, we can explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood, past trauma, or questions around cultural identity and belonging. Through our work together, my aim is to help deepen your understanding of yourself and support your journey toward healing and meaningful personal growth.

Are you stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-doubt, and unsure how to change them?
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or navigating relationship challenges, grief, or loss—perhaps even questioning if you have a narcissistic dynamic in your life. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard and safe. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, help you regulate emotions, understand your needs, and reconnect with yourself—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and trust.
