Hi, my name is Jean. I'm a counsellor in Stoke and Nelson. I work with individuals, couples and small therapeutic groups. I've been counselling since 2008 and have a private practice since 2012.

Hi there, I am Isabel, another human being navigating the journey of life. My approach is gentle and calm. I create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space that allows you to bring and explore whatever you feel comfortable with.

I tailor my approach to your specific needs, drawing from Person-centred Thearpy (PCC), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My aim is to help you work with your challenging life circumstances, past and present.
