Having spent 25 years as a registered General Nurse, many of them in Hospice Care, I love to bring people really effective ways to improve their lives.
EFT is my main approach and is a gentle, effective and research based method. You can create new levels of choice, lightness and resilience in your life, and this tool will be available to you for self care from the first session and into your future.
Whether you are facing a life changing diagnosis, dealing with grief, struggling with the demands of parenthood, depression, anxiety or overwhelm, I would love to hear from you.
