I am an experienced Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years.

I enjoy working alongside clients who are navigating major life transitions, coping with mental health challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness.

I also welcome couples who are interested in relationship counselling.

I also work with older teenagers online but not those under 15 years of age.

I am a registered counsellor and supervisor, with over 20 years experience. I currently provide these services via online platforms.
