Narcissistic Abuse is a malevolent and often covert form of mental and emotional abuse that can
make a person feel like they’re going crazy.
In order to recover from the devastating impact of Narcissistic Abuse, you need help from someone who understands and believes what you’ve been through.
I combine training as a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, with ‘lived experience’ and Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching tools, to help reverse the damage of this insidious abuse.
