My practice specialises in the treatment of family and relationship trauma, I utilise advanced clinical hypnotherapy and neuro change methodologies to delve into the root causes of emotional distress.

My approach is centered on releasing the ingrained root causes that perpetuate suffering and reframing of thought processes to develop new habits to replace old ways of thinking to support healing on all levels - emotional, physical, and spiritual. This transformative process empowers individuals to overcome their past, reduce anxiety, trauma and emotional triggers and to embrace a future with increased resilience and self-assuredness.
