As a certified Mental Health Coach we work together as a team to help you through your challenges and get unstuck. It’s about empowering you handle the difficult stuff that's holding you back and build a fulfilling and meaningful life using practical evidence-based skills and strategies. As we work with a present and future focus, you will gain insight and learn how to get moving again.

What Is Mental Health Coaching?
Mental Health Coaching is all about putting you back in the driver’s seat of your life!
It’s a collaborative, practical, and supportive process that helps you build the skills and know-how to handle the hard stuff like challenging situations, thoughts, and emotions, while supporting meaningful changes in how you live, feel, and relate to others.
It’s not just talking about making life better, it’s actually learning how to do it. With warm and compassionate support, you’ll learn how to handle your mind and emotions in new ways and find out what matters most to you.
We draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training), alongside practical insights and methods from psychology, counselling, coaching, philosophy, and lifestyle medicine, all tailored to help you learn, grow, and flourish!

Online therapy
For those around New Zealand I offer 1:1 online video, also known as telehealth. And with the secure health practioners platform I use, it's simple to do, no apps or downloads are required, and all devices are compatible!

One-on-One Session Rates:
$150 for a 55 minute online video session- available NZ wide (no apps or downloads needed).
$150 for a 55 minute in-person session at a private office Frankton, Queenstown.
Couples Coaching Rates:
$250 for a 55 minute Couples Coaching Session
Session Packages available:
(session packs only for individuals sessions)
3x 55 min Sessions $410 (saves $40)
6x 55 min Sessions $810 (saves $90)
Payment terms: Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment slot.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours- Full fee.

Effective workplace wellbeing starts with learning skills that actually make a difference.
I deliver evidence based customised workplace wellness and workplace wellbeing training using psychological skills training backed by decades of research in the Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) model. These workshops give teams practical tools that genuinely improve focus, communication, resilience, and overall their wellbeing. Patrick is a natural at helping people understand the complexity of their mind and has the intelligence as well as personal life experience to guide and teach you the skills so you feel more equip within yourself.
He has a calm and openness about him, he listens with non judgemental ears and is so genuine in his efforts to do what he can to make your life better.
I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone who's feeling like they need someone to assist them getting back on track, life's hard sometimes the load is much better shared with someone you can trust & someone who is determined to support you getting to the outcome you desire. Highly highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Patrick, sometimes it is a really difficult thing to open up, and to acknowledge that you are in trouble, and having on the other side a person who can listen and transmit such calm, peace and right words in the right moment, makes it all a little bit easier.
Patrick puts all his heart and passion on what he does, and you can notice that he does really care, so that for me is a plus in all the aspects. He will give you skills that will help with whatever is going on now, but also skills to be used for any other situation, for life.
