Kia ora, I am Etai Gilad, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in Raglan (and online). I specialize in helping clients break free from anxiety, panic attacks, and trauma without spending years in talk therapy.

My approach is different. Standard talk therapy engages your conscious mind (logic). But anxiety and trauma live in your subconscious (emotion/body). I use advanced tools like

Yes, I work online.

I work with clients across New Zealand and around the world via secure Video call sessions. Because we use Hypnotherapy and guided processes, online sessions are just as effective as face-to-face work. You can relax in the safety of your own home while we do the deep work.

My Approach: Going Deeper Than Talk Therapy.

I specialise in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy because I believe you don’t need to be "fixed"—you just need to be freed from the subconscious patterns holding you back.

Standard counselling often engages the logical mind (the 10%). However, anxiety, trauma, and phobias live in the subconscious (the 90%). By using Hypnotherapy, EFT, and deep structural work, we bypass the critical mind to resolve the root cause of the issue, rather than just managing the symptoms.
