Hi, my name is David. I'm a counsellor and coach.
I help anyone wanting to grow and learn how to better understand themselves and their needs.
I also help those feeling stuck and frustrated with life. There are times we find ourselves stuck, not understood and going round in circles and then beating ourselves up for getting it wrong. This can leave us feeling a mixture of depressed, anxious, confused, lost, angry and helpless.
I can help get to the source of those feelings to help find what is missing and what it is they really need in order to feel happy and fulfilled.
I can provide a clear and helpful framework to help people understand themselves and others. Knowledge is power, and understanding what is going on allows us to feel differently, see things differently and make different choices. Ultimately its about helping people find new ways to relate to their parts and care for themselves in new and beneficial ways.

I specialise and am very experienced in helping people identify the underlying dynamic that is not working for them.I also teach and guide people in how to connect with and meet the needs of their underlying parts.
