I am a Holistic Counsellor, an Intuitive & a spiritual mentor. My spiritual awareness and my background in the field of health have benefitted my appreciation for both tangible and mystical perceptions when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing.

A key focus and passion is trauma recovery for big T and little t trauma. It may be very recent or from our past. Such trauma as childhood sexual abuse, abandonment, neglect, earthquakes, violence, bullying, car accidents, and warfare.

I'm here to support children, young people, adults & families to work towards a more fulfilled life, for any of the issues that you face. I am in Island Bay. I am non judgemental. People working with me bring a wide range of concerns including (but not limited to); life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, domestic violence, existential crises, grief, chronic health issues etc.

I also work with older teenagers online but not those under 15 years of age.

I’m an Existential therapist, and I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy. I like supporting people in activating their connection to themselves and accompanying them through challenging life situations. Additionally, I am drawn to Eastern Philosophy, mindfulness, and interconnectedness.
