Introduction

Hello, my name is Violaine. I grew up in France and lived in South-East Asia for over 7 years before setlling in New Zealand in 2014. I am happily married with two lovely boys. 

My personal experience of a traumatic childhood, small addictions, dissociation, chronic pain and self-sabotage have given me a rich and deep knowledge of how it feels like to be trapped in negative beliefs and thoughts. While talking therapy has helped me to aknowledge the past and its link to the present, hypnotherapy has given me the most powerful and positive changes. 

I now help women, men and children with their subsonscious blocks, clear their unhelpful fears, re-infusing hope and joy in areas of their lives where they felt powerless and letting go of unhelpful habits and beliefs with great results. 

I offer an online initial consultation of 30 min where you can discuss your issue(s), ask any questions you might have and to make sure we can work together.
