I am a counsellor in Richmond.
When you feel stuck, have an important decision to make or are going through a big change in your life, counselling is a powerful way to connect to yourself and move forward.

I work with adults and young adults in a safe and welcoming space, where thoughts and feelings are explored to create a unique path for change and growth.

Successful outcomes are obtained using Person-Centred approach, Coherence Therapy (gently delving into your sub-conscious to get to the root of the problem and bring it to the surface), and Motivational Interviewing language, which encourages you to talk yourself into making beneficial changes.

By raising your self-awareness, you learn to manage your decisions wisely, which empowers you to deal with any challenge. This results in a rich and fulfilling life.
