As a warm and passionate Psychologist, I provide non-judgemental and authentic therapy to ensure my clients feel supported and valued.
I have completed all my studies in New Zealand, and have spent time in Sydney working in private practice, and a Paediatric clinic.
I'm now back in New Zealand, servicing clients of all age groups (children, adolescents, adults). I achieve positive outcomes with my clients by understanding the needs of each individual and through the implementation of evidenced based interventions.
Competent in delivering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focussed Therapy.
Cognitive and Educational assessments/IQ testing, are available for primary and highschool students. If you have concerns around Specific Learning Disorders for your child please get in touch.
I provide services online which allows clients to seek support within the comfort of their own home, and work in with busy schedules.
