I am Sara, a dedicated counsellor with expertise in addiction counselling, mental health, and relationship work.

I identify as a transgender female and specialise in gender issues, sexuality and identity, addiction, abuse and trauma.

I hold a profound passion for supporting the LGBTQI+ community.
