I am a highly experienced hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy trainer & NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner having run a very successful & busy practice in Christchurch for over 20 years & helped thousands of people using hypnotherapy often combined with NLP. My clients come from all over New Zealand.
I have now relocated to Methven & am working with clients both face to face & online. I have always been interested in the welfare of others and had a fascination with human behaviour and how the mind works. I originally trained as a counsellor in the UK before emigrating to New Zealand in 1998.
After arriving in New Zealand I trained to be a Clinical Hypnotherapist after experiencing hypnotherapy myself for a fear of flying & being totally amazed at how effective it was. I am also an NLP Master Practitioner & have completed further training overseas in UK, Australia & USA.
In 2011-2013 I worked alongside Relationships Aotearoa providing therapy for clients for anxiety & trauma related to the Christchurch earthquakes.
I am also a HypnoBirthing Educator and have a wealth of knowledge & expertise in this area having trained with Marie Mongan, the founder of the HypnoBirthing Institute in 2005.
I am a Faculty Member of the HypnoBirthing Institute and the New Zealand trainer for new HypnoBirthing educators.

Online therapy
Online sessions are taken via zoom and are great for people who wish to attend from the comfort of their own home or live in a remote location. You need to be in a quiet space with no distractions, have a cpomfortable chair/sofa/bed to relax on and have a good internet connection.Qualifications and registrations

Stop Smoking Package $325 includes two sessions plus a recording.
Virtual Gastric Band for one on one sessions $695 - this includes four sessions, written guidelines & two recordings or $475pp for two people
