My experience includes working with couples and relationships, anxiety, trauma, low mood and depression. I also work extensively with older clients (over 60s) and those who have experienced negative father issues.

My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor Human Performance Coach and Registerd Cliinical Supervisor. I have been supported by some incredible mentors to develop a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing particularly when standard approaches may not havee been effective. I pitch my work in a way that challenges clients/ couples to thrive rather than simply reduce challenging symptoms or issues.

I offer face to face counselling as well as online. I provide a calm, safe space for people to work through issues that are causing them difficulties.

I believe that sometimes we soar and other times we struggle, my aim is to work with whatever you bring into the room and I will do the best I can to help you move forward in a happier, healthier way.

I work with people who feel trapped in their own minds—stuck in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, rumination, and self-doubt. Using a blend of somatic hypnotherapy, NLP, and mindset work, I help clients gently rewire subconscious patterns so calm, clarity, and confidence become more natural and sustainable. Sessions are available in person in Porirua or online. Complimentary consultations available.
