Hi, my name is Rachel and I am a Registered Social Worker. I began my social work journey in 2007, but began counselling in 2021 after further study. I support children, teens, adults, families and couples in a safe, confidential, empathetic, non-judgmental and calm space.

I have a passion to journey with others by creating a safe space where people feel valued and listened to.
I work with all ages, I have a lot of experience with teenagers and young adults but am honoured to work alongside anyone. A few issues I work with anxiety, friendship/relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, grief and loss but I am not limited to these.

My aim is to provide a safe, confidential space to explore what is bothering you, and help you grow a deeper understanding of who you are. I know the courage it can sometimes take to come to therapy, and if we choose to work together, I see my role in being alongside you as such a privilege.

Are you ready to reclaim your relationship with food and your body?
Do you feel overwhelmed by guilt and a lack of control around food? Are you exhausted from hating your body and obsessing over weight, letting these struggles take over your life?

With training and qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, and NLP, I will empower you to manage and overcome anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, and low moods; so that you will restore and enjoy confidence, self-esteem, health, well-being, and better relationships.

I am a registered psychotherapist and have a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology, and I am certified in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
I work with adults experiencing a range of personal issues. If you are looking for a deeper level of understanding as to how you got to be as you are and how you might move forward, I can help.
