With a wealth of experience and a deep passion for fostering positive change in individuals, youth, and families, my journey as a counsellor has been both fulfilling and impactful. One notable aspect of my commitment to making a difference is my specialization in working with parents and families, in addition to individuals and youth.

Having facilitated parenting programs in prisons, I have witnessed the transformative power of support and guidance in challenging environments. As an internationally accredited Incredible Years parenting program facilitator, I bring a unique skill set to my practice, emphasizing evidence-based approaches to parenting and family dynamics. This experience has equipped me to navigate complex situations and provide valuable insights for those facing the unique challenges of parenthood.

My collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and Women's Refuge clients has been instrumental in supporting individuals on their journeys to healing and empowerment. I take pride in contributing positively to the well-being of families, children, and individuals, emphasizing the significance of healthy relationships, effective communication, and emotional well-being in my counselling practice.
