I offer counselling/therapy to adults, adolescents, and young children.
I have a deep interest in what makes us tick and have studied various forms of philosophy and psychology for over 30 years.
I am extremely pragmatic in my approach and enjoy empowering people with various therapeutic techniques.
I have studied yoga therapy and philosophy for over 20 years, and I’m a qualified NLP practitioner.
I like to incorporate Eastern and Western approaches to wellbeing depending on the needs of each client.
I’m extremely passionate about mental health having worked with woman’s refuge and various adolescent groups I have seen first hand the difference pragmatic support can make.

- I’m a qualified NLP Practitioner.
- 500 hours yoga teacher trainer qualification RYT500 I can apply this knowledge to physical therapy, ongoing illness like stomach problems, headaches etc
- Professional development, practicing yoga for 20 years, studied and continue to deepen my knowledge in philosophy and various therapeutic modalities. I also have some great breathing techniques that can help with a variety of issues.
