After graduating as a nurse in 2006 I have always had a passion for helping people. 

For over 15 years coaching has always been a passion of mine. I spent years doing my own research and really working on self improvement. 

I then met the most amazing group of inspiring people who then led me to training to be a wellness coach. 

I trained with an amazing coach who inspired me to follow my dream and so here I am, after years of gathering knowledge and experience to help you become the best version of yourself.

Currently I only work with female clients any age including teenagers

I'm all about female empowerment. And I love to give teenagers direction in life.

I will meet clients out at cafes or skype / zoom.
