I am a Samoan/Pākehā therapist and former medical doctor offering warm, relational psychotherapy for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, burnout, identity struggles, relationship difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. I work collaboratively and authentically, creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and able to be themselves. I have a particular interest in working with Māori and Pacific clients, mixed-identity clients, and those who may feel disconnected, unseen, or like they do not fully belong.
Christchurch

Kia ora, I’m Mari. I offer a trauma-informed, body-centred approach to therapy, drawing from Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and an understanding of the nervous system. I bring warmth, deep care, and integrity to this work, supporting people to come home to themselves through the wisdom of the mind–body connection.
This can support those navigating trauma, grief, anger, confusion, and fear. And those feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or longing for more ease and connection.
Mapua

Hi, I'm Crysal. Whatever is happening in your life right now – physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally – I offer a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where you will be able express freely your experiences.
Nelson

I am an experienced clinician integrating somatic, psychodynamic, and naturopathic approaches to support healing of the whole person. As a Hakomi graduate, IFS practitioner, and Conversational Model trainee (ANZAP), I work with the mind-body connection to help clients access deeper emotional understanding and lasting change. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for in-person sessions in Nelson and telehealth worldwide.
Wellington

Hi, I'm Catherine, counsellor and career coach in Wellington. In my practice I support people to positively address challenges in their lives, including their career, to enable them to live with an empowered attitude and find the joy and fulfillment they are striving for.
