I have a passion to journey with others by creating a safe space where people feel valued and listened to.

I work with all ages, I have a lot of experience with teenagers and young adults but am honoured to work alongside anyone. A few issues I work with anxiety, friendship/relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, grief and loss but I am not limited to these.

Hi there, I am Isabel, another human being navigating the journey of life. My approach is gentle and calm. I create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space that allows you to bring and explore whatever you feel comfortable with.

I tailor my approach to your specific needs, drawing from Person-centred Thearpy (PCC), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My experience includes working with couples and relationships, anxiety, trauma, low mood and depression. I also work extensively with older clients (over 60s) and those who have experienced negative father issues.

As counsellor I aim to come alongside you, help you clarify what you are experiencing, and grow through those changes or challenges. I respect that you come with your own wisdom about what has happened, even if sometimes it takes a conversation or many to clarify what you have experienced and find stability.
