I also hate this behaviour in myself as well
I am in a loving relationship and we both believe we have found our person. My partner does enjoy going out and enjoying herself but has given me NO reason at all not to trust her.
Even with that I can not control my anxiety when she goes out and I feel like I am pushing her away now on purpose by saying nasty things to her but fundamentally I know this is a problem with my own self esteem but I can't seem to change my behaviour.
This came to a head recently and I am so close to pushing her away forever and I am not sure what to do about it.
This is my own doing but I just keep pushing her further and further away and I also hate this behaviour in myself as well.
