Counselling & Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Queenstown

Are you finding it hard to cope with all the changes that have been going on lately? Do you find yourself getting easily overwhelmed and stressed. Perhaps you're having thoughts like "I'm not good enough", or "why am I being so emotional?" You may have tried turning to the things that once made you happy but have found limited success and are left feeling unfulfilled or stuck.



Together we can explore the challenges you are facing. We can work at building you a strong foundation of your priorities and needs so that you can become unstuck and clear on what you want. Through our therapeutic journey you can gain insight on how to decrease overwhelm and stress and show up as your most authentic self.

I'm a mental health practitioner who is certified in Equine Assisted Therapy and I have experience assisting people to navigate life's challenges.
