My name is Megan and I welcome you to my page. I am married and we have three children. I also have two dogs, Pat and Gretel, and a cat and yes one of my kids chose Pat's name (Pat the dog!). I love taking them to the beach. I enjoy being out in my garden, spending time with friends and family and have been known to get absorbed in Netflix series at times! 

Taking that first step towards counselling can be daunting and I am here to make this a safe and comfortable experience tailored to your pace. I use a person-centered approach, which means I'm like a friendly guide on your personal journey.

We'll talk about your thoughts and feelings in a judgement free space. I won't tell you what to do, but I'll listen and help you figure things out. You lead the way, and I'm here to support you as you explore and understand yourself better.

I introduce play therapy with younger clients, this is a great way of conversing through games and toys. It not only makes sessions enjoyable but also empowers children to express what's on their minds. My goal is to assist them in comprehending and managing their feelings.
