My name is Jodie.

I offer a non judgemental and welcoming space to unpack and explore the experiences and contributing factors to ones current state of emotional and mental distress.

I support people by helping them to understand the drivers of their mood and to teach them the skills they require to help improve and manage their  own mental wellbeing.

I provide a whole person approach to anxiety and depression with a programme that looks at your individual drivers of anxiety and depression and chronic stress and offers tools and techniques to make positive change in these areas.

This includes utilising  psychotherapy as a means of supporting the process in a safe and caring environment.
