Welcome, I offer coaching to those seeking support as they navigate the wilderness of grief through loss, endings and change.

  • Rediscover your true north, what you truly value, and how you can integrate and embody this in your life - to be your authentic self.

  • Reclaim your agency in your season of loss, ending or change and feel empowered to take your next steps with clarity and confidence.

  • Learn tools and strategies to actively and consciously tend, process and integrate your grief - go from feeling overwhelmed even by the thought of unpacking it, to cultivating a conversation, and new relationship, with your grief.

  • Harness the untapped wisdom in your body and nervous system, its survival responses and what this means for how you engage in your environment - and life.


A proven framework, bespoke coaching, and dedicated support with an embodied approach to rebuild the vibrant life you deserve.

My coaching is collaborative in two ways:

1. A joint effort between mind and body. Our minds are important, but we can't make lasting change with new thinking alone, it needs to feel grounded in body and nervous system too.

2. While we inhabit different roles, you and I are collaborative in this process - you are the expert in your grief and life.

Qualifications and registrations

  • Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate with The Embody Lab

  • Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga I & II with The Embody Lab

  • 100-hour Trauma-informed Yin Yoga Teacher Training with SomaPsych

Fees

$2,500 for UNFURL - 12-weeks of 1:1 coaching with weekly calls, resource library, and access to me via Voxer between calls.
