I welcome clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsettled, often during a time of change in their life. This might include becoming a parent, grief, getting older, or other major life transitions. People who are looking for a safe and supportive space where they can talk openly, feel listened to, and make sense of what they are going through. Our goals may include feeling more confident, regaining a sense of control, and identify a preferred understanding of your experiences.

I am a member of NZAC and focus on offering skills for regulating emotions and working towards healing/thriving. I have been instrumental in the mindfulness modalities for therapy and emotional regulation across Australasia since the mid 2000s.
