I help women navigate career and life changes to create increased joy, harmony, and abundance. Whether change is reactive and necessary due to a life event, or you are proactively looking to start something new, I will help you ensure you face the change, take action, and pivot towards success.

I primarily help professional women who seem to have it all but still feel unfulfilled.  We’ll dive deep into uncovering your soul's calling and align your career and life towards greater abundance. Moving forward into your unique path provides a life radiating with authenticity and joy.

I will equip you with powerful tools and techniques to embrace change, unleash your potential, make empowered decisions, and sustain long-term positivity and abundance.

We'll generally start out with a 30 minute discovery call. I'll email you a worksheet to complete ahead of time. During the call, I'll like to share a little bit about the coaching profession and answer any questions you may have. Next, we’ll spend about 20 - 25 minutes coaching on the homework you did. My goal is to provide you with value, give you an experience of coaching, and have you be a little better off than before the call. After the coaching component, I’d like to share a little about how my coaching works and packages that may be applicable to your specific situation. If  we both enjoyed the call and believe that you could benefit from my coaching, I’m going to ask if you would like to hire me to be your coach.

I request a minimum of 4 sessions, with the first one being 90 minutes and the next 3 to be appx 60 minutes. I am flexible with timings to suit your schedule. We'll either meet weekly or fortnightly with a small amount of "homework" to be completed after each session.
