Kia ora! My name is Carien (kind of pronounced as "Kha-rene"). I offer a compassionate, holistic approach combining 30 years of experience in psychology, education, guidance and counselling. I use an integrative scientific approach to find a unique and individual pathway for each client.

Using CBT, Person-Centred and Narrative Therapy, alongside Māori supervision and Te Whare Tapa Whā, Sarel provides a safe, welcoming space to explore emotions, build resilience, and support your journey toward healing and personal growth. I am ACC registered.
