My name is Julie. I am a Holistic Counsellor, an intuitive and a spiritual mentor. My spiritual awareness and my background in the field of health have benefitted my appreciation for both tangible and mystical perceptions when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing.

People working with me bring a wide range of concerns including (but not limited to); life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, domestic violence, existential crises, grief, chronic health issues etc.

I also work with older teenagers online but not those under 15 years of age.

I am a registered counsellor and supervisor, with over 20 years experience. I currently provide these services via online platforms.

I look forward to sharing with you an approach that has been crafted over 30 years of working as a skillful and accomplished coach + mentor in holistic health and communication. I am a certified trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.

A qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor, Social Worker and a member of NZAC, I have been in private practice for the past 20 years and am passionate about assisting clients to overcome their difficulties.
I am available for online sessions via SKYPE or ZOOM .

A key focus and passion is trauma recovery for big T and little t trauma. It may be very recent or from our past. Such trauma as childhood sexual abuse, abandonment, neglect, earthquakes, violence, bullying, car accidents, and warfare.
