You may be living with the effects of anxiety, persistent pain or trauma. Perhaps you're wanting to know yourself better, re-claim your body and live life with more presence or meaning. 

I have experience with, and may offer support for:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • trauma

  • persistent pain

  • chronic fatigue

  • insomnia

My approach includes trauma informed and holistic therapies to safely connect with your inner world and your innate capacity for resilience and healing. I bridge talk therapy with personalised embodied healing practices within sessions including awareness practices, breath, chair-based trauma sensitive yoga, somatic tracking and trauma resiliency practices. 
Depending on your needs and interests I can offer Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for persistent pain and / or trauma. 

I'm currently training in the Conversational Model, a form of psychotherapy designed for restoring connection with yourself. This process of therapy addresses the losses to the sense of self that naturally occurs within the circumstances of complex trauma and in the process of adapting to difficult life circumstances and relationships. Longer term weekly psychotherapy sessions can be offered at a reduced rate. Please inquire if you're interested in this option. 

Therapy is designed for your unique needs using a collaborative approach where you remain in control of the process at all times.

Jenn was patient, understanding, safe

Jenn was patient, understanding, safe and I healed so much while working with her. She was very practical, supportive and offered great options each session meeting me where I was at.
