I offer support for:

My approach includes a range of trauma-informed and holistic approaches to support you in achieving lasting growth. Developing together a safe space within which to explore, we can work towards understanding your inner world and accessing your innate capacity for resilience and healing. With an interest in the mind-body connection, talk therapy can be combined with embodied healing practices including awareness practices, breath, chair-based trauma sensitive yoga, somatic tracking and trauma resiliency skills. 

Depending on your needs and interests, I can provide both short and long term psychotherapy informed by training in the Conversational Model through the University of Sydney. This is a form of trauma psychotherapy designed for restoring connection with yourself. I can also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for persistent pain and / or trauma and one-to-one trauma sensitive yoga. 

Therapy is designed for your unique needs using a collaborative approach where you remain in control of the process at all times.

Jenn was patient, understanding, safe

Jenn was patient, understanding, safe and I healed so much while working with her. She was very practical, supportive and offered great options each session meeting me where I was at.
