Kia Ora. I am a counsellor with 11 years experience working with anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, stress, and other life issues.
I work with adults, adolescents and children (9yrs upwards). I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, spiritual beliefs, cultures and backgrounds.
I offer a welcoming and informal therapy environment, and have a holistic view of well-being. You can expect to feel respected, listened to and valued.
We will work together to identify your personal hopes and goals, and to find tools that fit your unique needs, enabling you to make the lasting positive changes that matter to you.
I am a full member of New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC).
We will work together
I’m an experienced and skilled therapist who offers a welcoming, supportive space for personal healing and development. We will work together to explore and understand the issues that are limiting your life and causing pain.
Most importantly, I will assist you to develop the skills and capacity to heal wounds, develop self-awareness, acceptance and compassion, flourish in your relationships, and find deeper happiness in your life.
I work gently and respectfully, using a mindfulness-based approach that is both experiential and reflective.
